Mini Beef Wellington Trio

These Wellingtons are divine! Sitting on delicious demi glace, the perfectly cooked puff pastry hides tender, succulent beef. This is a must try.

What a delicious way to kick off the weekend!! We decided to try this sumptuous family meal and were treated to generous portions of tender lamb shanks paired with the most flavorful gremolata and a chermoula with hints of curry and lemongrass. The accompanying root vegetable hash, garden fresh salad and rolls rounded out the meal. A bright citrus lemon pie provided the perfect ending. Everything was well packaged and easy to serve. Since there are only two of us, we enjoyed this feast on 2 nights and everything reheated easily. All the finishing touches including butter, salad dressing and whipped cream were included making this a stress free experience and who doesn't appreciate that these days. Give a family meal a are in for a treat!

Amazing dinner. The gruyere biscuits are to die for! Venison loaf is moist and great. Mashed potatoes are creamy and delicious. And the peanut butter pie is light and wonderful. Great value with large portions—8 biscuits! Don't forget their wonderful cocktails now available for takeout (walktails). We plan to have at least one family meal a week. 😊

Pork Ribeye

I'm not one for pork chops, but this is one of the exceptions I'll make. Not only was the flavor executed diligently, but the pork chops came out tender and juicy. There's no risk of receiving a pork chop that will be anything less than a bullseye.

Pan Seared Foie Gras

Holy all things delicious, Batman! The Foie Gras here is *chef's kiss* life changing. The sweetness of the blueberry and maple finished with the savory and salty components of the foie gras create a beautiful balance as the flavors dance in your mouth and leave you feeling so much joy that you just might have to check your calendar to see if it's Christmas morning. If this dish is on the menu, look no further. This is the only correct answer. And none of that "I'll have a bite of yours and you have a bite of mine." nonsense either. Divorce rates are high enough in this country- be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.

24 HR Lamb Shank

Wow! This was the most delightful dish of the evening. Not a huge lamb eater, BUT do not be swayed. Cooked to perfection and the wine pairing was impeccable.

Saturday 10/31

Wow, excellent food and huge portion to be considered a meal for 4. We fed 4 adults and 3 kids. The short ribs were excellent flavor and fall apart tender. Super fresh salad and great, homemade dressings. Fine dining for average family meal prices. Bravo, Chef's Table.
