Tasting Room Date Night Experience For 2 People
A wonderful and unexpected find. More restaurants should have a similar experience as it just helps with the flow of decision making helping make the date the focus. Food was tasty - just the right temperature and serving size. The soup and dessert can change based on when you go. We had the broccoli and cheddar soup and fruit tart. The drinks we chose were unique, well shaken and nice and cold. Service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this experience and just Chefs Table in general.
Pan Seared Scallops
We enjoyed several dishes while dining but the scallops were stellar. Cooked perfectly with a plate-licking miso sauce. Be sure you have bread on hand to sop up any remaining sauce. Presentation was also spot on, and the service was exceptional.
Double Chocolate Creme Brulee
Full of flavor, robust. Not too harsh on the chocolate flavor, nice soft whipped cream on top. Perfect crunch for the creme brulee
Slow Braised Short Rib or Char Grilled Filet ~$15 Supplement~
One of the most amazing meals that I have ever had! First time visitor for my 25th wedding anniversary and will definitely be back.
Fresh Fish of the Day
As always a great experience. We always start with the great cheese or charcuterie board - well paired. I went seafood w/sushi appetizer, fish of the day and dessert. I always get and enjoy the wine pairing. My husband always goes with wateemelon salad, a meat dish. We enjoy 2 diff desserts. Food is always exxellent@
New Zealand Lamb Rack +$15
The flavor and texture combination was amazing. Just the right amount of curry, smoothed out by the ramen so as not to overwhelm or drown out the lamb. Cooked to perfection and paired with a flavorful red.
Pavlova
Didn't think it would be this good, but easily became one of my favorite desserts of all time. Airy, decadent, and sweet with an overall smoothness. Each flavor balances out together. And it's mentioned on Bluey, come on
Pavlova
My husband took me out for my birthday where we enjoyed the tasting menu. Each course was thought out and well balanced. Our server was knowledgeable and efficient without rushing or crowding us. While everything was delicious, the highlight of my evening was definitely the Pavlova! So light and delicious with a strawberry sauce, Chantilly creme and strawberry sorbet. A close second was the incredible Pan Seared Foie Gras that totally melts in your mouth!

I can honestly say that this was the best burger I have ever had. But wait, it wasn't just a burger, it was two patties, one ground fillet and one ground pork belly that magically melted in my mouth. There really is such a thing as mouth nirvana! I tell everyone about this unbelievable creation, simply amazing. This is my go to in WinterGarden.
Chefs Tacos
This was our first visit but it will not be our last ! We stopped in on Saturday afternoon and enjoyed 3 delicious apps: Fish dip, Flat bread, and BBQ pork tacos which were out of this world.
